AN OVERVIEW OF THE SELLING PROCESS

STEP ONE: VALUATION

One of our team will contact you to find the best time to come out to value your property. 

You can then expect a visit from either Tony or Mathew. Both have huge amounts of experience and will be well versed at knowing what your property is worth. 

STEP TWO: MARKETING & ADVERTISING

We will produce a detailed full-color brochure of your property.  The description, photos, and a floor plan will be available on the internet and also available download and in hard copy for distribution to prospective buyers.

All of our properties are then placed on property portal Rightmove as well as our popular Whites website.  In addition, our in-house marketing manager will assess other channels and which may be best suited.  These include both offline mediums including The Salisbury Journal, Wiltshire Living as well as through online channels including, social media and other local and property related websites. 

One of our team will show how you can share your dedicated property page from our website via social media.

STEP THREE: VIEWINGS

Potential buyers will be taken around your property by one of our trained team of Property Viewing Assistants - (more often than not this is likely to be Suzanne or Claire). Rest assured you will be kept up to date with any feedback from these visits by the next working day.

STEP FOUR: NEGOTIATION

Our friendly team will then ensure your property transaction takes place with the least inconvenience to you.  We recognise that occasionally, the sale of a house does not always go to plan. Having worked in property since 1957 we are well versed in dealing with complicated transactions, so rest assured you will be in capable hands. 

STEP FIVE: EXCHANGE & COMPLETION

We will update you every step of the way and will stay in regular contact with solicitors, mortgage surveyors and other estate agents in the chain to ensure exchange and completion dates are met and your sale reaches a successful conclusion.
