We wanted to keep everyone informed as to the current situation in these difficult times and firstly reassure that it is business as usual at Whites, wherever possible. As a business, we remain positive and focus on selling and letting homes.
It goes without saying that the health and wellbeing of our staff, clients and sub-contractors is our number one priority, but at the same time, we believe that, in whatever way possible, we should continue to keep the business running and serving our clients.
Our intention is to stay open, although sadly to protect you our clients and our staff our doors will remain shut, we are still very much available as usual though, and happy to talk by phone and email. Some staff may possibly be working remotely from home, but to minimise contact and we will, of course, be more careful with how we arrange valuations, viewings, and face to face meetings. Obviously, everything is subject to ongoing government advice and we will be monitoring this on a daily basis.
There is no doubt that people may wish to understandably avoid contact, but we predict, with people becoming more home-based this will lead to greater internet browsing on sites like Rightmove. Therefore, we believe that it is a great time to market your property and to benefit from this increased exposure.
By using technology to our advantage, we can still be proactive and help you put together a waiting list of keen potential buyers, that will be there for you when you are ready to sell.
The Whites marketing team is continuing to work hard promoting both the Whites brand and your property and are looking at alternative ideas such as virtual tours, video calling and other at “arm’s length” technology.
Finally, we want to reiterate; we remain positive in these uncertain times and are determined to deliver the best service possible.
