Viewings

Escorting potential buyers on a viewing can make or break a sale. Understanding what makes your home special, and knowing and matching that to the buyers, being friendly and authentic, taking an interest but not being too pushy, giving them space to experience the home while keeping your property safe, and creating a rapport so follow-up is simple and honest.

In our wonderful Wiltshire, we have our own city of Salisbury, but with a much gentler pace of life than London, but with a rich lifestyle, steeped in history and culture.
