Many of you will have heard that as of yesterday Housing Secretary Robert Jenrick has said that estate agents can carry out viewings, plus removal companies and conveyancers can restart work with immediate effect. After consideration, at Whites, we have taken the decision to re-open soon and by appointment only. We feel this will give us the necessary time to ensure that we have the correct policies and procedures in place, to meet with the social distancing and health and safety guidelines set so that we can most importantly keep both our staff and clients safe. Plus, we have taken the opportunity to give our building a lick of paint!
At Whites Estate and Letting Agents, whilst during lockdown our offices may have closed their doors, we have remained busy conducting business remotely and are still very much available to talk to by phone, email, or Zoom appointment.

Whilst we still wish where it is possible to do live viewings, we have taken the decision to invest in virtual tours too. They will not only be a fantastic addition to the marketing of your property and can easily be shared through social media, but most importantly tours will allow potential buyers or renters to look more closely at a property online before they make the decision to view in person
